Raise The Voice is an American drama film that was released within 2004 (see 2004 in film). It was directed by Sean McNamara, and stars Hilary Duff. Oliver James, David Keith, and Dana Davis co-star. the film tells the story of a young lady from either a village world health organization lives the summertime at a performing arts school in Los Angeles against her father's will.
